On January 1st, 2024, the Department of Cannabis Control required certified testing labs in California utilize a new standardized cannabinoid method on all cured flower sample COAs to mitigate variation in analysis reports. Understanding the importance of staying ahead in the ever-evolving cannabis market, PACTECH rapidly created updated NIR potency measures which accurately predict sample values derived from the standardized cannabinoid method. PACTECH is pleased to announce these NIR calibrations are now available on our Cloud Lab suite and can be utilized on NeoSpectra handheld NIRs.
PACTECH is an AI company that brings extensive experience and technological advancements to the engineering and vision learning fields, helping our clients achieve competitive advantages.
PACTECH's Cloud Lab is an analytical platform designed to help companies unlock insight through the use of sophisticated machine learning which has been designed from the ground up for the cannabis industry.
The cloud lab engine is available in two forms, as the processing engine behind the NIR calibration accessed through the NeoSpectra scanner (SiWare) and through the PACTECH's Vision system. Vision is an edge processing camera developed in house to monitor growing conditions of your crops and measure growth rate in real time.
Dried Flower calibrations were developed using cured cannabis flower. These calibrations can be used throughout the curing process to monitor cannabinoid and moisture content throughout the post-harvest process to ensure optimal product quality and cross reference values obtained by a testing laboratory. With results delivered in less than 2 minutes, buyers and distributors can make informed.
Plant tissue calibrations are used by cultivation teams to monitor and make real-time decisions on nutrient needs for their garden. The samples used to build the calibrations were fresh leaves from cannabis plants in early to late flowering stage, composed of sugar and water leaves. This robust calibration predicts values for 10 macro- and micro-nutrients in cannabis sugar and fan leaves from early to late flower taken from anywhere on the plant and returns results in less than 1 minute.
PACTECH has been granted a provisional patent on our approach to preparing samples for machine learning. This new approach will revolutionize the Cannabis and Hemp industry.
Introducing PACTECH Vision, our revolutionary machine learning camera system that is set to revolutionize the agricultural industry through field-level analytics. PACTECH Vision combines cutting-edge technology, advanced algorithms, and predictive analytics to deliver a comprehensive solution for plant nutrient tracking, environmental monitoring, and growth rate predictions.
